Fisst Partiea will give Second Parties an annual state,ment no later than February 15 of each year, showiaq the amount credited to principal, to interest, to taxes and to insurance from payment made during the previous calendar year by Se~ond Parties. . ~ - - Second Parties aqree to pay when due all assessments which may be im,posed against the property for any type of improvenaents made by any public body which result in an as- ~ sessment being uaposed agair~st- the property. Second Parties aqree to pay a12 costs connected wit~ the recording of this Aqreement, which is to be recorded no later than December 31, 1969, in order for Second Parties to ~ be entitled to receive Homestead Exemgtion in the coming year, to keep the real estate taxes to a mimimum. First Parties aqree to utilize so much of the $110.00 monthly payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxea on the aforeiaentioned real property as well as.the insurance premiums due thereon each year. Second Parties agree to pay all costs, charges and ex- penses, including attorneys fees and title searches, reasonably incurred or paid by First Parties because of the failure of Second Parties to promptly and fully comply with all conditions, covenants and agreements contained herein.
