according to the pravisions of Chapter 25209, Lawa of Florida, A~cts of 1949, (Chapter 378,
Floride Statutes 1953), aud

from the follawing rights which were reserved in Deed No. 36 , dated December 16, 1943 ,
recorded in Deed Book 108 , page 477 ~ St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,
by the said Board of Commissioners of Etierglades Drainage Di,s~rict, to wit:
Saving and reserving uato the said Board of Caamissionere of 8~ergledes Drafnage
District, and:its successors, the right at any time to enter upon the said lands ~
and make or cause to be made or constructed thereon, such canala, sluice-ways,
dikes and other works as maq in the judgment of said Board, or ita succesaors,
be necessary and needful for the drainage or reclamatioa of any of tbe lands in
the Bverglades Drainage District, and to take from the said lands hereby conveyed
and to use such gravel, stone or earth as may in the ~udgment~of sa~d-Board, or
i~s successors, be necessary to use in the meking and construction of eaid canals,
cuts~ sluice-ways, dikes and other ~orks upon said lands f+~r~the purposes efore-

Aad further saving and reserving unto the said Board, and ite succesaora, the
right to the exclusive possession, occupation, use and eajoyment of a strip ofl
land running across the above described premfses, one hundred thirty feet (130')

been or may be made and coustructed on said land bq said Board of Ca~iesioners
of Everglades Drainage District, or its successora, for the purpoaes aforesaid~
and the exclusive right to take, use, diepase and eajoy any timber~ earth, stone,
rock or gravel lying in and upon said strip of land.

line of any State Road existing on the date of this deed through so auch o£ any

feet (100') Wide, lying equally on each side of the centerline of aay Couaty Road
