hereby, and the Mortga~ee is hereby autborized to collect and receive tbe
proc~eds of such awarde, to give proper receipts and acquittances thereYor,
and to apply the same toward tbe payment of tbe indebtedneas secured by
~hia Mortgage, notwit~atanding tbe Yact that tbe amount owing thereon may
not then be due abd payable; and the Mortgagor hereby agrees, upon requeat,
to make, execute a~d deliver an~ ~nd all assignments and other instruments
sufficient for the purpose of assignibg eacb aucb award to the Mortgagee,
free, clear and discbarged oY any e~cumbrances o~ any ki~d or nature
wha~soever; and
TOGETHER with all right, title and i»terest of the Mortgagor in and to
the~land lyi~g in tbe ~treets and road~ in front o~ and ad~oin~ng tbe_above
described la~d (all the above described land, buildi~ge, other etructures,
fixtures, a~tieles of pereonal property, awarde and otber rigbta and ib-
terests being bereinafter collectively called tbe "mortgaged proparty"). -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the mortgaged property and every part tbereof unto
the Mortgagee, its aucceasore and assigns ~orever for the purposes and uses
herein set fortb.
AND the Mortgagor furtber cavenants and agreea with the Mortgagee, aa
follows:
1. The Mortgagor will promptly pay the principal of and interest on
the indebtedne9s evidenced by the Note, and all otber ebarges and indebted-
ness provided therein and in tbia Mortgage, at tbe times and in t~e manner
provided in tbe Note and in this Mortgage.
~ 2. Tbe Mortgagor will pa~ wben due, as hereina~ter provided, all
ground rents, if any, and all taxes, asseasmente, water ratea and other
governmental cbar~ea, fines and impositiona, of every kind and ~ature -
' whatsoever, now or hereafter impoaed on tbe mortgaged propertp, or any part
. thereof, and will pay when due every amount of indebtednees aecured by any
