4. No building or other structure or improvement,~fixture or per-
sonal property mortgaged hereby ehall be removed or demolisb`ed without
the prior written consent of tbe Mortgagee. Tbe Mortgagor will not make,
permit or suffer any alteration of or addition to any buildi~g or otber

upon tbe mortgaged~property, or any part tbereof, except tbe improvements

tended to be ueed, witbout tbe prior written consent of the Mortgagee.
The Mortgagor will maintain tbe mortgaged property i~ good condition and

6. (a) The Mortgagor will keep all buildinge, otber etructurea and
improvements, including equi~ment, now egisting or wbich may hereafter be ~
erected or in~talled on the land mortgaged bereby, insured agaipet loee by "
fire and otber bazarda, casualties and contingencies, in sucb amounta and
manner, and Yor such periods, all ae may be required from time to time by
the Mortgagee. IInleea otberwise required by tbe Mortgagee, all auch in- _
surance shall be efYected by Standard Fire and Eatended Coverage Inaurance
policiea, in amounta not~lesa tban necesaary to comply witb tbe coineur-

ter of the property to be covered. All such ineurance abali be carried in
companies approved by tbe Mortgagee and all policiea thereYor aball be in
