and assigma of the Mortgagors wherever the cQntext so requires or admits. to GULF LIFE INSUR-
ANCE COMPANY~ a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the Iaws of the State
of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall include the successors and assigns of the
Mortgagee wher~ver the context so requires or admits.
WITNESSES: That for divers good iued valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the
aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described, the Mortgagors do hereby grant.
bargain, seU, alien, remise, release. convey and confirm unto the Mortgagee, the land, o~~?hi~h~~e Mort-
gagors are now seized and possess~d and in actual possession. situate in the County of •

TOGETHEB wi#h sll agricultural, horticultural and fruit cmps, now planted and/or growing, and
hereafter planted, grown or raised on the above described premises, and aU and singular the fixtures
appurtenant thereto. which shall include, in so far as they now are or may hereafter belong to or be
used witk the premises or any buildings or improvements thereon and whether attached or detached;
` all lighting, heating, cooling, ventilating, air-conditioning, incinerating, sprinkling, and plumbing fix-
t tures; irrigating, water, and power systems; engines and machinery; boilers, ranges, furnaces, oil
bumers, or unita ther~nf: elevators and motors; refrigeration plants or u~nits; kit~chen cabinets; cook- -
' ing appliances ; wall beds ; storm windows and doors window and door screens ; avvnings ; window
ahades; ahrubbery; rugs and carpeting; and all property now or hereafter atta,ched to or reasonably
necessary -to the use of the premises, sll of which shall be deemed to be fuctures and shall be part of the -
security for the indebtedness herein raentioned and shali be covered by this mortgage; a~d togethe~s?ith
all and singular the buildings, imprnvements~ ways, streets, slleys, passages, waters, water courses,
rights, liberties, privileges, easements, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto apper-
taining, and the reveraions and remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof. all of the said property,
whether real or personal, being hereinafter designated as "the premises."
TO ~iAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
' ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the rents, issuea and
; profita thereof utito the Mortgagee in fee simple.
: And the Mortgagers hereby covenant with the Mortgagee: that the Mortgagors are indefeasibly
~ seized of said land in fee sunple; that the Mortgagors have full power and Iawful right to convey said
; land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it ahall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times hereafter peacesbly
~ and quietly to enter upoa, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land, and every part thereof, is free
; from all liens and incumbrances; that the Mortgagors will make such other and further assurances to
! perfect the fee simple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may hereafter reasonably be required; and
; that the Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the titte to said land and every part thereof and will de~
; fend the sanse against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
