l. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORP'ORATION, its sua~ssoa~ or Qssiqris, shall notify
the undersigned in writ~n9 at the address indioated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by ihe undersigned troxr time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state of
appe~cmc~e amd repaur consistent with the qeneral appearcmoe and state of repair of other properties
within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, mai~tenance,
etc., sei iorth in ~md notioe within IS days after receipt o! same.
2. IE ihe undersigned shall fail or refuse to accompliQh the required repcrirs or mainten~ce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C4AP~ORA4'ION, its successors or assigns,
aciing by cmd through iffi duly authorized agenffi may come upon the premises tor the purpase o! doing
ihe necess~y wor~. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn and yard maintenamce
to prevent am overgrown or unkempt appeca~be, and to pcrinting cmd minor repanrs to the exterior ot
the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent ~ unsightly or unsaie condition.
3. As to ~y costs or expenses incun~ed by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about ~?d ac~omplishing the work referred to in the notive, the under-
signed agrees to malte payment thereof within 10 days atter demcmd Providad, however, that dem~nd
for payment shall not exceed actual t~osts or expenses incurred.
4. In ihe event ihat the undersiqned shall faii or refuse to malce pcxyment oE the acte~al costs or
expenses incvrred, ihen, and in that eveat only, .GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, may undertake vollection of the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all c~oscts of volleetian including a rea~sonable attorney's fee. GE'rIERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in additian to other remedies pcescsibed by Florida law, qive
notice thai it has avquired a lien agannst the subject prc~perty ior said amnount aad may ~iile a Notice
of Lien among the Public Recards of the County in which the premises are situated:
