This is a S~cond Mortgage and is inferior to the first mortgage with JOI~1 WYCROFF and REB$CCA WYCROFF, his wife, which mortgage is recorded in O.R. Baok 172, at Page 811, June 10, 1968, of the Public REcords of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage the mortqa~ors herein assume and agree to pay. ~ In the event that the mortgaqors default in any payment or condi- , tion stipulated in any prior mortgaqe for a period of sixty days, or in the event of any default in a prior mortqaqe so as to cause such prior mortqage to he accelerated and becomes~ue and payable during the continuance of this mortgage, then the entire sums se- cured by this mortqaqe shall become due and payable at the option of the mortqagee. ~ The mortgagor covenants and agrees to make all payments and per- form all conditions and covenants called for in any prior mortgages now incwnberinq the graperty, and in the event of defauit in any suc payment or payments, conditions or stfpulations, the mortgaqee, with out waiving the option _to foreclose herein reserves the riqht to make such payments or perform such conditions or stipulations so as to maintain the prior mortqaqes and prevent a foreclosure thereof.
