LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land on Yacht Lane as per reallotment dated 2-2-59 and
recorded as a part of a Deed recorded i,~ Deed Book 247', at page 234,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, of the Northernwst 6 1/4
acrea of a portion of Government Y~ot 1, Section 33, Township 34 South, •
Range 44 East, lyinq East of the Florida Ea$t Coast Railroad and being •
a tract of 97.68 feet more or less East to West and South of YACST i
LANS and described as follows: ~
Begin at a point in the East right of way line of the Florida East
Coast Railroad 113.13 feet South of and at right angles to the North
line of above said Section line; thence run East parallel to said
Section line 360.23 feet; thence turn and run South 60 feet to point
of beginning; thence continue South at right angles to said Section
line ~07.35 feet to an agreement line (same being 280.48 feet South
of said Section line); thence run West 97.68 feet alonq said aqreement
line; thence run North at right anqles to above said North Section
line 118.71 feet more or less to the South line of YACHT LANS; thence
turn and run Easterly along said South line of YACHT LANE to point of
. begiruzing.
Together with joint use of 3~acht Lane and the Dock facilities at the
East extension of Yacht Lane on Indian River.
Above said tract being also described as the East 55.01 feet of Lot N
and the West 42.67 feet of Lot P as per above said reallotment plat.
