serj TRUSTE$, that the powers retained by Grantor under
Paragraph 3 of the Trust Aqreement entered into between
Grantor and Trustee dated ~+Iay 26, 1964 specifically includ-
inq, but not limited to, the power in the Trustee to pur-
chase, sell, lease, or alter any investment held under
this Agreemes~t only in accordance with written directions
received by the Trustee from t2~e Grantor, are hereby re-
leased by Grantor. .
Henceforth the.Trustee ahall have all of the powers .
referred to-Paragraph 4 of said Trust Aqreement dated May
26, _ 1964.
