WH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqorp,
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circui~ Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paae~ -
2654~granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns,-the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERBAS, the said mortgaqor has reqve~ t~d the said
mortgaqee to release the pren~ises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said .
