by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County ;
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book .

JacksonviZle, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WH$RRAS, the said mortgagor has reclues.tedthe said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. ~

NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in~consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does reiaise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the preraises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise.impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrahce of th~ aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby•released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
