ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
For One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considera-
tion BEATRICE TURNER, now known as BEATRICE McNEAL, hereby
assigns all right, title and interest to DONNIE CAROL MINOR
and LINDA MINOF, his wife. in and to that certain Articles
of Agreement dated January 29, 1964, wherein Paul D. Jurkowski
and Dorothy G. Jurkowski, his v~rife, are parties of the First
Part and Beatrice Turner, now known as Beatrice McNeal, is
party of the Second Part, said Articles being recorded in
Official Record Book 89, at pages 82 through 85, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, concerning the
follawing described lands: ,
Seginning at the NW corner of the SE~ of SE~t of
SW~ of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, run East 246 feet to a point; thence turn .
and run South 298 feet for point of: beginninq;
from said point of beqinning continue South 122
feet to a paint; thence turn and run West 96 feet
to a point; thence turn and run North 122 feet to
a point; thence turn and run East 96 feet to the
point of beginning; sai.d land being otherwise
described as Lot 9 of Block 2 of an unrecorded
plat lying in and being a part of the SS~ of SE~
of SW~ of Section 19, Township 35 Sou#h, Range -
40 East. TOGET~R with riqht of egress and~ ingress
~f over and across the follawing described street;
~ beginning at the NW corner of the SE~ of SE~t of -
E SW~ of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40
~ East, run E 246 feet for point of beginning;
from said point of beginning continue E 50 feet
to a point; thence turn and run S~l20 feet to a
point; thence turn and-run W 50 feet to a point;
thence turn and run N 420 feet to a point of be-
ginning. This easement shall be in common with
the public in general.
In consideration of the above assignment the Assignees
hereby assume ar?d agree to make all payments and perform all
covenants and agreements by the Assignor to be perfora~d under
