RESOiI,UTION NO. 69-82
W~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, -
~
Florida held a public hearing on the 16th day of September, 1969,
after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune,
at Fort Pierce, Florida on August 29, 2969, on closing, vacating
and abandoning that portion of the following described dedicated
right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie
County~and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion
of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as
follows:
The West 100 feet of that part of Section 15, Town-
ship 37 South, Range 38 $ast, lying South and $ast
of the Glades Road.
AND
The West 100 feet of Section 22, Townehip 37 South,
-Range 38 East,
and,
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to

~ closing, vacating and abandoning said right o~ way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie~County and the public in
and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion
of the Board of County Com~aissioners, it is to the best interest
of the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim ~
and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
,
to the lands lying within said right of way.
NOW, TF~RSFORE, B$ IT RES~VSD by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th
