1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida

AND

1630.6 feet of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range
40 East.
AND
The South 30 feet of the NS'~ of the I~TS~ and the North
30 feet of the SE~ of the NE'~ of Section 34, Township
35 South, Range 40 $ast,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right o£ St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying
within said right Qf way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a Notice of adoption of this Resolution shall be pub-
