TRUSTEE' S DEED

- THIS DEED, made the lst day of October, 1969, by
ST. LUCIE COUNTY HANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustee for ,
Anna Reese Under Agreement dated May 26, 1964, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to GARI,~ID P. HURD and NETTIS F. AURD, '
his wife, whose post office addresa is: 1107 Trinidad Avenue, ?
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee: 4
(Wherever used hereiri the tenas "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETA: T'hat the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledqed, hereby grants, bar-
qains, sells, aliens, remises, xeleases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
Beginning at a point 856.59 feet South of
the NE corner of the NE~ of the SE~ of
Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, thence West 552.50 feet, thence North
250.5 feet, th~nce East 552.50 feet to the
east line of said Sect'ion 16, thence South
250.5 feet to the point of beginning; less
the East 23 feet for Oleander Avenue right
of way and subject to a 50 foot easement
~ over the North 50 feet.
TOGET~R with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances with every privilege, riqht, title,
interest and estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto
belonqing or in anywise appertaining. -
TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
