inatallments of $4,260.00 each, plus intereat, on the first
through the sixth anniversaries hereof.- The Mortgagor may
make any or ail payments upon the note to Rolan3 Macon
Realty, Inc., 116 South 4th Street, Post Office Box 1152,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, as agent for all Mortgagees,
their heirs, personal representatives, and assiqns, and the
Mortgagor shall not be obligated to make paymerlts to the
Mortgagees severally.
The Mortgagees appoint and authorize ROLAND L. MACON,
JR., of Fort Pierce, Florida, as their attorney-in-fact to
• execute and deliver a satisfaction or release of this mortgage
upon £ull discharge of the indebtedness secured hereby, and
the Mortgagor and all persons claiming und@r the Mortgagor may
rely upon a satisfaction or release so executed and delivered.
The note may.be paid in advance, in whole or in part,
at any time or times after the first anriiversary hereof, with-
, out penalty or premium. Any advance payment shall be applied
to the principal installrnent or insta~lments next becoming due.

If the 1Kortgagor fails to pay any taxes, assessments,
or liens with respect to~the property before the same become
delinquent, the Mortgagees (after giving the Mortqagor written
notice thereof at least ten days in advance, durinq which time ~
the Mortgagor may cure the default) may pay the same, and such
payment shall become part of the indebtedness secured by this
mortgaqe, ahall become innaediately due and payable, and shall
