On this day personallv appeared before me, KATHRYN LOUISS MINCEY,
who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she was aarried to one John Paul Woody and that they
owned jointly the followinq property, to wit:
Beginning at the Soutnwe3t corner of the NE lf4
of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence run East
25 feet, thence turn and run North 103.33 feet to
POIN'T OF BEGINNING, thence continue north 78.33 ~
feet, thence turn and run East 140 feet, thence ~
turn and run South 78.33 feet,-thence turn and
run Weat 140 feet to the Point of Beginninq,
].ying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,

property, excepting therefrom, rights of way

2. T'hat/divorce was granted between her and the said John Paul
Woody and that subsequent to the granting of said divorce, she married
one DeWITT MINCEY and that she is now the wife of DeWITT MINCEY.
