THLS WARRANTY DEED 14iade the 3rd day of October, A. D. 1969
by D. C. Haynes and wife, Maude H. Haynes, also known as Maude Hardwick
Haynes, hereinafter called the grantor, to D, C. HAYNES, whose postoffice
address is P. O. Box 3231, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in considerati~ of the
sum of $10. 00 and other valuable condiderations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknvwledged, hereby grants, ba~gains, seils, aliens, remises, releases,
