did edopt and submit to the Trusteea of'the Internal Improvement
Fund for formal epproval a bulkhead line, being a modification
of a bulk.head line fixed by said county on Februery 19, 1963
for Nettles Island in Sectione 2 and 3, Townahip 37 3outh,
Range ~1 $ast, described as follows: -
Commencing, for purposes of reference, at the North-
eaet corner of Section 3, ToNnship 37 South, Range
~l Sast, St. Lu~ie County, Florida, and run North 89°
38~22" ~ieat along the North line oP said aection a
distance of 1331.65 feet; thence South 00°08'21" East
155?.86 feet for point of beginnin¢ of bulkhead line;

approved and adopted for the purposes prescribed by 3ection
253.122 Florida Statutea, to remain effective until altered or.
invalidated in accordance with the Law.
