LEASE RGNEWAL AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT 184I5`7
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the rent to be paid, the undersigned
par~tieB agree as followe concerning that certain Lease dated Octobar 23,
1qs8 and recorded in Circuit Court, St.Lucie County, Florida, File #7210~, ~
on January 15, 1959 in Deed Book 24~, Pagea $O9-$10; aleo, that unrecorded
Lease dated Octob~r 23, 1958 covering propertq known as 41$ 6sorgia Avenue,
being store building, parking areas,etc., located in the Sunrise Shopping
Center located on land described as all of Block 32, Pinewood Subdivision,
City of FORT PIERCB, St.Lucie Countq, State of FLORIDA, now occupied by
the Leeeee;
THE LESSEE Agrees to exercise the first of the Two (2) Five-Year
renewal optione provided in said Lease; 8aid renewal term to commence on
the First day of September, 1969~~d end on the last dap of August, 1974;
TI~ LESSOR AGREES to gt•ant to the Lessee, at its option, the
privilege of Three (3) additional, euccessive renewal options of The Lease,
for a term of Five (S) Yeare each, the first of which shall begin, if
Lessee exerciees eaid options, on the first day of September, 1979; the
second to begin on the fir8t day of September, 1984, and the third to
f begin on the first day of September, 1989;

~ SAID Renewal options shall be eub3ect to all the terme and
~ conditias set forth in the above mentioned Lease dated October 23, lq$8,
and conditions set forth in that certain Agreement between Leasor and
Lessee bearing even date herewith, which agreement shall be a part of this
instrument ae fully and completely as if it were set forth herein; ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Partiee do hereunto set their hande and
seals on this the ~ day of AUGUST, 1969, in the preeence of:
