First Parties agree to utilize so much of the $120.00 monthly payments as is necessary to pay the real estate taxes on the 'c aforementioned real property as well as the insurance premiums ~ due thereon each year. First Parties will give Second Parties an annual statement no later than February 15 of each year, showing the atnount credited to principal, to interest, to taxes and to insurance from payment made durinq the previous calendar year by Second Parties. Seconcl Parties agree to pay when due all assessments which may be ixaposed against the property for any type of improve- ments made hy any public body which result in an assessment being imposed against the property. Second Parties aqree to pay all costs eonnected with the recording of this agreement, which is to be recorded ~o later than Dece~nber 31, 1969, in order for Second Parties fio be en- titled to receive homestead exemption in the voming year, to keep the real estate ta~ces to a mimimwa. - Second Parties agree to pay all costs, charges and expenses, including attorneys fees and title searches, reasonably incurred or paid by First Parties because af the failure of Second Parties to p"ramptly and fully comply with all conditions, covenants and agreements contained herein.
