W~RSAS, the Board of County Com~aissioners of St. Lucie County
pursuant to the provisi.ons of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of Florida, 1965,
on the 30th day of June, 1969 filed a lien against any property
owned by LONNIS MOORE WOOD, 1710 N. 13th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
in the amount of $509.28, said lien being recorded in Official Record
~ok 178, at uaQe 1642 of the ~ublic records of St. Lucie County, and
WHERSAS, through error on the 22nd day of August, 1969 said
Board filed another Notice of Lien €or said amount which was recorded
in Official Record Book 179, at ~age 1452 of the public records of
St. Lucie County.
NOW, T~RSFORS, BE IT RES~,VED by the Board of County Co~rnnis--
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 7.th
day af October, 1969, that said Board does hereby direct the Clerk _

of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel of record that certain '
Notice of Lien dated August 22, 1969 and recorded in Official Record
