WHERSAS, the Board of County Commissione~S~~f E~tiA~TCounty
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of Florida, 1965,
on the 17th day of March, 1969 filed a lien against any property
owned ~y JOHI~T RUTH, 417 N. 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,in the
amount of $3,662.10, said lien being recorded~~in Official Record Book ~ '

176 at page 693 of the public records of St. Lucie County, and {
WHERSAS, said Notice of Lien was in error since the indigent's
name was "JOHI~T RUS~i" rather than "JOHN RUTH" and a corrected Notice
of Lien has been recorded in Official Record Book~ 177. at paqe S 9-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED by the Board of County Co~nnis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florid.a, in meeting assembled this 7th
day of October, 1969, tha~ said Board does hereby direct the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel of record that certain
Notice of Lien dated March 17, 1969 and recorded in Official Record
Book 176, at page 693.
