Together with ail buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenanaes,now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, inciuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single unita or cen-
traliy controlle~l, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the, fumishing of which by lessors
