1, Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CaRPORATION, its sua~essors or assiqns, shall notify
the underaigned in wrIW19 at the addresa indioated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersiqned hom time to time) that the scrid premisea ~e not in a reasonable state ot
appe~anoe ~d repmr oonsistent with the general appearamce cmd state oi repair of oiher properties
within the inimediate vicinity, the undersigr?ed ag: ees to aocomplish the required repairs, maintenanoe,
etc., set torih in ~aid notioe within 15 days after receipt oi same.
2. It the undersiqned shall fcul or rsfuse to aocomplish the requirec~ repairs or mcrintencmce,
etc., within the presczibed time. GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT COAPORATION, its sucvessors or assigns,
acting by cmd through iis duly authorized agents may oome upon the premises for the purpose oi doing
the necess~y work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d ycud maintencmce
io prevent cm overgrown or unlcempt~ appecQ~ce, and to pmnting cmd minor repcrirs to the exterior- o(
ihe building or buildings, situated on the ptemises in orcier to prevent aui unsighily or unsate c:ondition.
3. As to any costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, in bringinq about a~d accomplishinq the work referred to in the notioe, ihe under-
signed agrees to ma1~e payment thereot wiffiin 10 days aiter demand Provided, however, that demcmd
!or payment shall not exoeed actual cosffi or ezpenses incurred.
4. In ihe event that the undersigried shall fail or refuse to make payment ot the actual oosts or
~~o expenses incurred; then, cmd in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
w c~essors or assigns, mcry undertake ooUection of the sum which the undersiqned is obligated to pay
