2. The A1ort~agee may. at his option, and without waivin~ his right to accelerate the indebtedness hereby _
secured and to foreclose the same, pay either before or after definquency any or all of those certain oblitations
. ~equired by the tecros hereof to b~ paid by the Mortgaaor for the protection of the mortgage security or for the col-
le~tion oi the indebtedness hereby secured. All sums so advanced or paid by the Mort`a;ee shall be char~ed into
the mortgage account and become an inte=ral part theteof, subject in all respects to the terms. conditions, and
ravenants of the aforesaid promissory note. and this mortaage, as fully and to the same extent as thou`h a pa~t

S. ln the event the ownership of the mortgaged premises, or any part thereof. becomes vested in a Qerson
other than the M~rtga~or, the Nortgagee may. without notice to the Mortgsaor, deal with such successor or suc-
cessors in interest with tefetence to this deed and the debt hereby sectued. in the same manner as with 1he Mort-
gagor without in aay way viti~ting or dischargina the Mortaagor's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secured. No sale of the premises hereb~~ mortgsaed and no forbearance on the part of the Mortgagee. and no ex-
tension of the time for t6e payment of the debt heteby secured given by the Mort`afee shall opetate to release.

6. The lien of this deed secures and shall continue to secure payment o[ said indebtedness a indebted-
