inafter called the "City";
WITNESSSTH, that the 7~ocal Authority for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid, at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. has granted, conveyed,

and dedicated, and by these presents does hereby grant, con~ey ~
and dedicate unto the City for public use, the followinq
described public utility improvements as the same are located
on the lands ~c1aw owned by the I,ocal Authority i.n the City of
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being known as Project
