in~uries, whether to persans or property, resulting from
any means whatsoever if caused by~their interference,
fault or negligence with the Facilities and/or from
interference , fault or negligence with the Facilities
by their agents or employees.
4. Should Grantees fail ~or any reasonable period of tiu~e to
exercise the rights herein granted, then., at the election
of Grantor, all rights and privileges hereunder shall
cease and the easement, rights and privileges herein
granted shall revert to the Grantor.
5~ Grantor covensnts that he has the right to convey this
easemearit and that Grantees shall have quiet and peaceful
possession, use and en3oyment of said ~asement.
All cavenants, terms, provisions and conditions hereof shall inure
to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
