HILSON and JACK HILSON, hereinafter referred to as "Hilsona" own Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 2 and Lots 9, 10, and 16 of Block 6 of Fort Pierce Heights Subdivision, as per Pl$t Book 1 Page 39 , St. Lucie County upon a portion of which there ia constructed certain retail store facilities; and • WHEREAS M. L. COLEMAN, JR. _and WALTER B. AARVEY, JR. ~ana wp,x~x J~s oROViTz hereinafter referred to as "Coleman and Harvey" are the owners of Lots ,~a ll, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Block 6 of said Fort Pierce Heights Subdivi.aion upon which they plan to construct a certain retail store building; aad WHEREAS it has been an3 will be neceasary for each of the parti.es , to mdiatain parking areas for the customers and business invitees of their respective tena.nts; and WHEftEAS it will be mutually beneficial to the parties for their ' j tenants, customers and business invitees of their tenairts to have the joint , common use of the parking facilities maintained by the parfies; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants hereinafter set forth, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows: 1. Hilsons do hereby give, grant and convey to Coleman and Harvey an easement over and across that part of the south 10 feet of Lot 10, Block 6, encompassed by a northerly extension of the roof line of the building being ~ construct~d by Coleman and Harvey on Lot ll. Said easement to be for the ~ purpose of constructing a canopy or covered driveway over said area and to continue in force and effect for the term of this agreement.
