THIS INDB~KTtJR$, made this ~-day of October, 1969, be-
tweon the Board of Supervisors af the North St. Lucie River Drain-
age District, hereinafter called the District, and St. Lucie Coun-
ty, hereinafter called the County,
W I T N E S S E T H:
0
That the District, for and in consideration of the mutual
benefits accruing to the parties hereto, does hereby grant to the
County, its euccessors and assigns, a perpetual license, easement
and right of way for the construction, maintenance and operation
of a county road known as "White Way Dairy Road" in and to the
following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the South 30 feet of the North ?4.5 feet
of the N~' of the NE~ of the SW'~ of Section 18, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 Sast, that lies within the
right of way of Five Mile Creek (Canal No. 29j.
upon the following terms and conditions:
~ 1. The County shall at its expense install in said right of

' way two ~2) 96 inch culverts 40 feet long with he~d walls.

2. The County shall at its expense maintain said culverts
~ and head walls so as not to impede the flow of water in said canal.

3. The District may at its expense install risers on said ~
culverts. .
