HomeMy WebLinkAbout1892 . ~ s P..ag~ 4• - and compliance with all other provisions of this agreement, this transaction shall be closed and Buyer shall pay the bal- ance of the purchase pri~ce and execute all papers necessary to be executed for completion of this purchase within fifteen ~ ; (15) days or less from delivery or tender of an abstract of the said property. Seller agrees to furnish an abstract show- ing title to be good and marketable and/or insurable in the event title shall not be found good and marketab ller agrees to use reasonable diligence to make the ~aid ti' good and marketable, and shall have reasonable time to do so and if after reasonable dili~gence on Seller's part in said title is not made good and marketable and/or other contingencies of conditions precedent as provided for hereunder, are not com- plied with or fulfilled, Buyer shall have the option to accept title in its existing condition and/or waive other requirements, or cancel this agreement. In the event of. cancellation, all monies paid hereunder shall be returned to Buyer and the parties relieved of this contract. ~ Buyer reserves the option that if in the event this transaction is not closed on or before December 1, 1969, Buyer ~ I may exercise option to cancel this agreement, and upon such ~ ~ cancellation, all monies shall be returned and parties mutually ~ - , released from this agreement.
