WARR,ANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 13th day of a~0 A. D. 1969 by
ST. LUCI$ COUNTY BANK, Trustee under an agreement with
Rugert N. Koblegard, Jr., dated December 29, 1967, and
ST. LUCI$ COUNTY BANK, as~Successor Trustee under an
Agreement with Rupert N. IGobl~gard, Sr. and Rose M.
Koblegard, dated November 24, 1953, for the benefit
of Mary Ann Koblegard,
hereinafter called the grantor, to
MARY ANN KOBLEGARD BRYAN,
whose postoffic~ address is P. O. Box 3230, Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
inafter called the grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and'1grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assignes of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corpo~ations)
_-WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receip~ whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
