Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenanc~s thereunto belongin= or in
anywise appertaining, and also all buildings, suuctures, additions and improvements. now or at any time hereafter

And the tilortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mort6sgor has Eull powet and lawful ri~ht to
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Morttagee at all times peaceably and -
quietiy to enter upon, hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said Iand is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein described; that the Morts~=or will make such fwther assurances to perfect the fee simple title W
~aid land in the Mortga~ee as may reasonably be required; and ihat the Mott~a~ot hereby fully wartants the title
