maintencmc.e cmd upkeep hereby authorize cmd give my (our) consent to the following:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its suocessars or a~ssiqns, shall notify
the undersigned in writing at the address indiarted below (or at such oiher address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to 6me) that the said premises aQe not in c~ rcusonable state of
appe~rmoe cmd repair consistent with the general appecu~ce ~?d state of repair oi other properties
within the immedictte vicinity, the undersiqned agrees to accomplish the required repu:,-s, maintenance,
etc., set Iorth in smd notiee within 15 days after receipt ot saane.
2. If the undersigned shall fcril or refuse to accomplish the required repcrirs or mcuntencmce, ~
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORA'fION, its sucoessors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises {or the purpose of doing
ihe necesscuy work. Provided, however, ihat such vsork shall be limited to tawn cmd y~d maintencmce
to prevent an overgrown or unkempt appecucmce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the exterior oi ~
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent ~ unsighdy or unsafe oondition.
3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
signed agrees to make papment thereo! within 10 days after demcmd. Provided, however, that demc~d
~ for payment shall not exceed actual oQSts or expenses incurred.
I 4_ ln the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to ma]~e payment of the actual costs or
~ expenses incurred, ihen, ~d in that event ~ly, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORATION, its suc- .
cessors or assigns, may undertake ~ollection o! the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
