WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, In~~~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mo~~~~~urT couRT
by Indenture bearinq date of Septerher 26, 1968, and recor e i
the office of the C1Rrk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Bdrnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter re~erred to as "mortqagee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the swn Qf Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WREREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
paric of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00} Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-.
claim, exoner~te and discharge fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its su~cessors and assigns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, mor-e •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, •
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
