of Knox County, Tennesaee, Grantors, Parties of the First Part, and
HOLIDAY OUT IN AMStICA ET ST. LUCI$, INC., a F'lorida corporation whose
Post Office Address is Poat Office Drawer, 847, Jensen Beach, Florida,
33457, Party of the Second Part:
W I T N E S S T T Hs
THAT the parties of the First Part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good ~and valuable considerations,
to them in hand paid by the party of the Second Part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the
said Party of the Second Part, its succes~ors and assigns forever, the
following deacribed real property, and rights and interests as set forth
below, and ia real property located and situate in the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Condominiwn parcel: Block # F, Lot #14, of HOLIDAY OUT AT
- ST. LUCIF, a condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condaninium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168,
at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium act of the Statut~s of the
State of, Florida (Chapter 711, et seq.1965) said description

6, 1967, of record in the Clerk's Office of St. Lucie County,
Florida in OR Book 171, page 1493.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1968 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of recQ d.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association named
in said DeclaTation of Condominium.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be
binding upon the successors and assigns of the Grantee and the Grantors
do warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defend
the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHIIZBOF, the said WILLIAMS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a
Tennessee corporation, has caused these presents to be executed by its
President and to be attested by its corporate seal affixed thereto, duly
authQnized, and J. W. WILLIAMS has ~ffixed his signature, ail on the
