petition' for ter~orary in~unction and for order to show cause on
appointment of receiver., and on the order to show cause and temporary
in3unction dated October 17, 1969, and there being no appearance on
i behalf of the domiciliary receiver of the respondent and the court being

of Florida, is appointed ancillary receiver i~ Florida for Prudence
Mutual Casualty Company for,the purpose of rehabilftation, and Thomas -
A. Waddell is appointed deputy ancillary receiver in Florida for the
respondent.
