that #he Party of the Second Part will purchase the property
on like or better terms than those communicated to the Party
of the Second Part by the Party of the First Part. 1'he Party
of ~he Second Part shall have a further period of fifteen (15)
days from giving of notice to th~ Party of the Fi.rst Part in
which to cloae the purchase.
2. Z'he Party of the Second Part~hereby agrees to allaw
the ~arty of the First Part to remain in their present residence
on the property deacribed in that Warranty Deed dated April 17,
1968, until January 15, 1969. T'he Party of the Second Part
further agrees that the Party of the Second Part shall bear one-
half of all water bills accruing because of the residency of the
Party of the First Part as set out above.
