W. W. CARLTON, Deceased, the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by RiDtON CORPORATION, to W. W. CARLTON,
bearing date the 16th day of October, A.D. 1964, recorded
in Officia~ Records Book 101,.page 273, in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Saint Lucie County, State
of Florida, securing certain note in the principal swn of
One Hundred Z1~venty-Five Thousand, Pive Hundred Fortq-Five
Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents (~125,545,75), and certain
pramises and obligations set f orth in said mortgage deed,

as follows, to-wit:
