WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie I~ ~ !
Florida corporation, her@inafter referred to as th~e~~~ d~~RT~
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 196~,
the off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record ~}~~_pslae
,2b5.4., qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollara,
with interest as therein mentioned.
ANU w~iERSAS, the said mortgagor has req~s.~ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortq$qe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- _
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortqagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

description of the property released.
TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said n?ortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof,
