This bond is one of a duly authorized issne of First Mortgage ~

Seriea L, all bonds of all series being issued and to be issued nnder
and pnranant to and all equally secured ( egcept as any sinking or
other fund, established in accordance with the provisions of the
Indentnre hereinafter mentioned, may afford additional security
for the bonds of any particnlar series) by an Indentnre dated as :
