By way of reconfirmation: all premises, property, franchises and
rights of everq kind and description, real, personal, and mixed, tan-
gible and intangible (other than any which may have been released i
from the lien of the Indenture in accordanee with its terma), hereta a
fore conveyed to the Trnstees by the Original Indentnre, the First -
Snpplemental Indenture, the Second Snpplemental Indentnre, the
Third Supplemental Indentare, the Fourth $upplemental Indentnre,
the Fifth Snpplemental Indenture, the Sizth Supplemental Indenture,
the Seventh Supplemental Tndentnre, the EigLth Snpplemental Inden-
ture, tLe Ninth $npplemental Indenture, the Tenth Snpplemental In-
dentnre, the Eleventh Snpplemental Indenture, the Twelfth 8npple-
mental Indentnre, the Thirteenth Snpplemental Indentnre, or the Fonr-
teenth Snpplemental Indentnre, or by two or more or atI of them, snd
all premisea, property, franchises and rights of everp kind and de-
scription, real, peraonal and mixed, tangible and intangible, hereafter
acqnired by it, except personal property of the natnre of that expressly
reserved and eaclnded by the granting clauses of the Original In-
dentnre.
