be snch officers of the Compans, and also any Series L bonds may be
signed and sealed on beLalf of tLe Company by such persons as at the
actual date of the ezecntion of snch Series L bonds ahall be the proper
officers of the Company although at the nominal date of snch_Series L
bonds any snch person shall not have been auch officer of the Company.
Only snch of the Series L bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate
of snthentication in the form hereinbefore recited, eaecnted by the
Trnstee, shall be or become valid or obligatory for anp pnrpose or
entitled to the benefit of the Indentnre, and sncL certificate of the
Trustee shall be conclnsive evidence tha~ the Series L bonda so
authenticated have been dnly anthenticated and delivered.
Sgcriox 2. At tLe option of the Company and npon notice given
as provided in Article I% of the Original Indentnre, the bonds of
Series L shall be redeemable, in whole or in part, at any time, at the
principal amount thereof, pl~zs interest accrued thereon to the date
fixed for snch redemption, plus a premium eqnal to the applicable
percentage of the principal amonnt thereof :
