THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the petition of Evelyn
McCarty Thompaon, to become a free dealer, and the Court having heard
the sworn testimoriy of the petitioner, and considered the evidence presented `
in the support thereof, and the Court being of the opinion that the said !
petitioaer possesses the capacity, competency and qualifications to take
charge of, manage and control her own estate and property and to become a
free dealer in every respect, and it appearing that a consent to the applica-
tion to become a free dealer has been filed in this cause by R,andolph Ii.
Thompson, husband of the petitioner, and the Court being satisfied that the
removal of the disabilities of the petitioner wilY be for her permanent interest
and welfare, it is thereupon:
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the disabilities of
marriage of Evelyn McCarty Thompson be, and the same are hereby
removed, and the said Evelyn McCarty Thompson be, and she ia hereby .
authorized to assume the management of and control of all her own estate
and property and to become a free dealer, to contract and be contracted with,
eue and be sued, and to do and perform any and all acts, mattera and things
with respect to her own e~tate and property that she could d~ if ahe were
not married. .
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Jacksonville, Duval County.
