This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
~ FLORE~TCE SCHWICKER for an Order of Administration Unnecessary ur,der
. the laws of the State of Florida and the Court having heard the same and it
appearing unto the Court and the Court bei~g fully advised and satisfied that
this estate is entitled to the special benefits hereunder, that the averments
of the Perition are xriie and there ther e has been no concealment of material
facts; it is thereupon
CONSIbERED, ORDERED and FOUND by this Court as follows:
1. That OLIVIA C. BUCHANAN died intestate on the 14th day of
October, :1969, in and while a resident of Vero Beach, Indian River County,

2. That FLORENCE SCHWICKER is the daughter of OLIVIA C.

` BUCHA~~IAN, deceased; and the only heir-at-law of said deceden~

9 3. That the estate of OLIVIA C. BUCHANAN, deceased, is not
indebted and does not, in the judgment of this Court exceed, in the aggregate,

~5, 000. 00 in value, and the said FLORENCE SCHWICKER as the only
heir-at-law of said decedent is entitled to receive the pro~erty of said ~
decedent described as follows, to wit:-
ONE HALF INTEREST IN:
~ All that part of the North 100' of the South 600' of Government
° Lot 1 being West of State Road AlA and being in the N 1/2
~ of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, as measured at right angles to the South
line of said Government Lot 1 as shown on Plat of survey of
said Section 23 recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21 of the S~
Lucie County public records.

TOGETHER with all Riparian rights and littoral rights
appurtenant thereto.
