BBFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared JAh~S FRBD '
BRIDG6S, JR., who upon first being duly swc+rn, did depose and say:
1. That your affiant is the son of James Fred Bridges, Sr. and
Ora Ophelia Bridges and that he has personal knowledge that
James Fred Bridges, Sr. is the identical person named as
grantee with his wife, Ora Ophelia Bridges, in that certain
warranty Deed dated March 3, 1949, and recorded in Deed Book
I50, Page 554~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your affiant ststes further that the said Jaaes Rred Bridges,
Sr., died on January '7, 1955, leaving as his surviving spouse,
the said Ora Ophelia Bridges, and that the aarriage of James ~
Fred Bridges, Sr. artd Ora Ophelia Bridges, continued without
interruption until the death of Mr. Bridges.
3. Furthe= your affiant sayeth not.
