3. } 1'hat they will purchase and handle all of
IRF's output of orange and gra~sfruit peel,
pulp and aeed after caapletion of the plant,
up to the rate of 16,000 boxes per day. -
CITCO will, however, haul off any peel above
this amount without payment to.IRF. However,
if IRF can sell such extr~ peel they shall
have option to do so. If IRF expands their
production above this amount-, both parties
ma~y agree to the installation of additional
equipment with subsequent increase in contract
price of mill. It is further uncierstood that .
IRF has the option to purchase 5096 of the out-
put of finished feed fram the reed mill at
market price.
~ 4.) That upon caapletion of said mill, payment to
