The following ia our propoeed machinery liet ~or citrus pulp mill
inetallation to handle the peel, pulp and seed fram 600 boxes per hour
of Bra~rn jufce extractor peel. The bae3c prfce of thie equipment it~
~talled in the building would be $81,653.00 + tax. Any ad8ltional
iteme of equipment necegeary euch ae peel bin, oil tank, electric aork
a~ci~ buildi~q would be installed.at their contraet bid price and the
aiaount aaaea to the above price. Citrua Pulp Co. woul8 supervise and
install the "extras" on a no charga baafs.
1.) Peel bin ecraw - 24' - 12" xx Helicoid, complete with 5 h.p.
varidrive 45~9 RPM and RC120 drive.
2.) One (1) - S.F. Gwsp Draver Chemical Feeder No. 1, Styla J,
camplete with miia steel fabricated liu~e hopper and AC80
chain ~rive and pee2 bin ecrew.
~ 3.) One (1) - Horizontal hammermlll, complete with 60 h.p. motor _
and drive. C~nplete with metal separation box arid screena.
4.) Three (3) - 1/4" Thick hammarmill ecreena for above with
5/8" or 3/4" aquareraund perforatione.
5.) One (1) - 24' x 48• Primary reactfon ecrew with 7-1/2 h.p.
37 RPM, uniclosed gearhead motor and RC120 drive. Screa
24H710, trough 10 ga.
6.) One ~1~ - Reqsnerativt conveyor to dryer eere~+. Complete With
5 h.p. , 100 RPl~i gearhead and 80RC drive. Screw 12ti408 heli~coid,
12 ga. trough.
7.) Furnace caaplete, including canbinatton gas ~nd fuel oil
burnez. Spencer Turbine heavy duty air-blower and motor.
