GRIMSLEY, her husband; JOHId BAKER and DORIS S. BAKER, his wife, by Right of Way Deed dated April 27, 1936 ~ and recorded in Deed Book 91, at page 357, conveyed to St. Lucie ~ . ~ County, Florida for right of way purposes, without valuable con- sideration, the hereinafter described lands in said county, and WHEREAS,,said county has not used said land for the construc- tion or maintenance of a road there~n for a period in excess of ~ixty (60) consecutive months and the adjoining land is owned by JOFIl~T BAKER and DORIS E.
