loan officer of First Federal Savings and I..oan Association of Fort Pierce
who prepared the mortgage deed from A. C. Herring and Doris W. Herring,
his wife, to said Association dated July 29, 1969J pu~par~ng to secure the
sum of $18, 800.00 and which is of public record in O. R, Book 179, at
page ?82.
